Terms of Purchase

Ok its time, so. let's touch on the legal stuff for a moment:

All sales final. All Items intended used to be as customary with their creation, as identified by item category and or description within listing category. This site contains a wide variety of various items. Make sure you check the appropriate item within the listing and refer to photos. We are NOT responsibility for any deviation from items proper use. Be mindful that there are VARIOUS materials used; some beads are glass, painted and semi-precious stones, some posts are clear while some are metal. Some pendants will fade based on wearing patterns, some paints will fade. BE mindful of any and all potential allergic reactions and purchase accordingly. 

This is a small business, and most items are handmade and designed, as such and with the nature of stones and handmade items there may well be differences in colors, patterns and designs, read listing carefully. Many items may be listed as random or surprise or mystery for this reason.  Surprise or mystery items (however they are labeled) are just that a mysterious surprise. Be mindful of the one you order. Same with collections and or bundles some may be surprise or randoms or one off's. Others set items, which cannot be substituted for other items. This is for all items contained within this website and not just the various examples given. Some items are limited and my not be restocked or reproduced (Some will indicate this while others will not) with this, if you see something you like get it while it's here. Check back often for inventory shifts, expansions and clearances. 

While this site contains many handmade selections; the Exclusively Handmade items refer to items that take more concentrated time and effort to craft. These items can take 6-9 weeks (sometimes longer, check listing details) to craft and get to you. This section is still in the {CS} coming soon process. Prices will represent this extended time and effort used in their creation. Other sections will be added soon as well. 

Use of common sense is expected while using this website. When using a card for payment only the person named on the card can use that card here. Items are stored on a property with animals. We are not responsible for your choices or any misuse or mishandling of items.
